This impressive antique fireplace surround has been expertly carved and crafted from Carrara marble with attractive veins throughout.The elegant fireplace showcases exquisite detailing, such as the inverse breakfront shelf and beaded panelled frieze, with deep rose garlands and trailing ribbon carvings. The console jambs are surmounted by carved patera to the end blocks, with a continuous ornamental pattern descending the jambs.
