Here we have an extremely rare Eucalyptus hardwood strip floor of 60 mts sq..........The srtips are 85 mm wide on the face and in random lengths from approximately 1 mt to 4 mts plus and a high percentage of generous lengths as is typical with Eucalyptus.........

These batches dont come in very often, and most strip floors are relatively short, but this offers a different asthetic with the longer boards......

The floor had carpet tiles glued to the surface so there is a slight residue of the glue remaining which will and does sand off, and as usual some cleaning to the edges of the strips will be necessary.........

The strips have a " birds beak tongue and groove profile specifically designed for secret nailing and as with most strip floors, some elements of the T & G have been damaged in the lifting process which doesnt affect the floor once re fitted....Most are good however...SOLD AS A BATCH

We date this from the 20,s or 30,s, so a lovely mature old floor.........This is a one off batch and therefore will sell as a whole batch......Bob.....07733263540
