Antique oak 'torchere' wall approx 200 yrs old
£ 200
Quantity in stock: 1
Antique oak 'torchere' (it was called this by a French builder) wall approx 200 yrs old in good condition. Beautiful tenon joints, fits together with pegs. Once built these were traditionally infilled with lime plaster or for a for a more dramatic effect, with stacked and white lime cemented tiles laid diagonally (as seen in ancient house fronts in France) Can easily be built in a day. 14 pieces all complete. It would make a dramatic room divider or feature especially in an older building or barn conversion.
When assembled it is approx 230h and 180w (I can confirm exact measurements later)
I also have 4 larger old oak beams which could be used to build a larger frame for an extra few £.
Sensible offers welcome.
