Antique Limestone Flagstone Floors - In Bands

BCA Ref S201824 : Antique limestone flagstone floors pre-prepared for laying in mixed width bands, rather than pure random “Opus” (for random, see our refs 00096 & 10096 in the same reclaimed antique stone). Bourgogne stone is a particularly dense limestone, our flagstones’ authentic and varied patina are virtually impossible to properly replicate in new limestone. They are being specified and installed successfully for beautiful interior floors and exterior paving. Flagstone lengths from 30 cm to 110 cm - Typical band widths : 30cm, 40cm and 50 cm, maximizing widths to avoid wastage (consult us) - Thickness 30mm approx (1.2 inches approx).
We do not indicate a particular quantity for these BCA ref S201824 because we are managing to maintain a certain level of stock, to cater for small to major historic flooring projects in France and overseas.

GOOD NEWS: BCA's reclaimed antique materials have the commodity code indicating they are ANTIQUE, and consequently UK Customs are allowing (so far so good) the reduced UK VAT rate of 5% on import. Purchasing through a GB VAT registered company is ideal. However for private clients GB VAT is paid at the UK Customs clearance phase prior to end-delivery.The transport firm with their UK Customs broker facilitate this, and it seems trouble free.
