An antique gilded brass Arts & Crafts lantern of riveted construction, the heavy green glass globe mounted within a hammered brass strap cage below a circular moulded and ventilated canopy and a fine cast brass hanging loop.English c1900
The thick green handblown glass globe has lots of bubbles and lines and the brass work has a faded / worn gilt finish.
One break in lower ring (see photos).
Rewired with original lampholder ( now earthed) and 1m berguny fabric flex.
Dimensions in inches/cms;
12"/31cms tall to top of hanging loop.
8.25"/21cms max diameter
Weighs approx 1.75 kg
