Pinder Asset Solutions is pleased to announce its 'Bi-Annual Auction of Architectural Antiques, Building and Garden Materials', with bidding closing on 11.00 am Tuesday, 29 October 2024. The sale features over 600 lots of a great variety, ranging from Victorian cast iron street signs to fireplace surrounds and garden planters.

Interesting lots include several pieces reclaimed from Alderley Park, such as cast iron and Yorkshire stone columns, wrought iron gates, Georgian Yorkshire stone carved decorative Pier Caps, stone tables, marble and terracotta planters. Located in Nether Alderley, Cheshire, Alderley Park was the country estate of the Stanley family of Alderley from the 1500s and later became the headquarters of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) Pharmaceuticals in the 1950s. The estate was purchased from AstraZeneca in 2014. The site has an international reputation as a home for bio and life sciences.

Auction Ends: From 11.00am Tuesday 29 October – please note the lots close in 30 second intervals and have the auto extension where if a bidder bids in the last 10 minutes that lot will extend back to 10 minutes and start to count down again.
