Welcome to Yorkshire, the perfect retreat is the title of The Daily Telegraph article in the Saturday gardening section, 11th July. At a time when many are revisiting or discovering for the first time summer holidays in the UK the article celebrates Yorkshire. Featured is the RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden from Mark Gregory built by Landform and sponsored by Welcome to Yorkshire. You may remember the Yorkshire Garden won the RHS Chelsea Flower Show’s coveted prize as the best show garden for 2018 and all the stone was supplied by Salvo Code member, Abacus Stone Sales including the stunning Yorkstone Flags. Abacus Stone Sales also supplied the following stone for the project: head and door step, canal side, stone cobbles, kerbs, secondary face stone and steps. The garden has since been voted the People's Choice Garden of the Decade.
 
The cottage style Yorkshire stone walls together with the beautiful pasture, flowers and a tumbling stream all added to its charm. So very easy to see why the garden achieved such popular support; it truly represents the natural beauty of Yorkshire. At RHS Chelsea in 2018 Mark Gregory had seen that, 'People were naturally drawn to the garden because it evoked memories of holidays. I saw grown men start to tear up on the approach.' Mark said he now hopes the garden will inspire people to visit the home county of which he is so proud.'
