Following the success of its recent off-site architectural auctions, Wellers Auctioneers is pleased to announce an additional two further architectural auction dates that have just been added to its 2014 calendar.

June 28th will see the first architectural reclamation auction to be held at Pantiles Garden Centre, Lyne, Chertsey. Wellers Auctioneers is currently taking entries from both the trade and public for this auction.

Auctioneer Terry Wright commented, "This is a fantastic opportunity for the trade to have a clear out of those items that may have been unsold for some time, equally members of the public can realise their items full potential by placing unwanted architectural and garden features into our physical auction, which also runs live on the internet to allow potential bidders from around the globe to participate, thus achieving a better return."

The auction, to comprise of around 500-600 lots, will include York stone, period garden benches and statues, planters, a pair of carved stone angel wall reliefs, troughs, and period home and garden architectural features.

July 12th will see Wellers auctioneers take to the road to return to the Henley area to conduct an 800 lot auction at the beautiful Bix Manor. The auction will include antiques and architectural effects including up to 200 lots of garden related period features which will be displayed for viewing in the manor's outstanding courtyard garden.

Full catalogues for both auctions will be available on the website two weeks prior to each sale.

Members of the public wishing to consign to a future Wellers auction, or architectural reclamation business considering a yard auction, are asked to please contact Terry Wright for further details on 07966 437098 or email terry @wellersauctions dot com
