Next Wednesday will see the bi-annual reclaimed materials sale at Eddisons in Bradford. The 168 lot sale includes huge gothic stone mullion windows from a church, troughs, millstones, iron lions, stone arches, doorwaty columns, a 4 sided Victorian clock tower, bishops hat wall tops, coping stones, pillar cap stones, riven stone slabs, stable blocks, edging stones, pan tiles, slate wall tiles, roof tiles, terracotta ridge tiles, reclaimed bricks, oak beams and radiators.
 
The lots have submitted from a few places, but the majority come from a Yorkshire-based demolition business, that save a lot of material from crushing and landfill and auction them off with Eddisons.
 
Eddisons auctions are all carried out using an online system via its website. Once registered and logged in a buyer can place a bid up to ten minutes after the last bid put on an item. Eddisons hold over 100 specialist and collective auctions annually from its two auction centres, as well as from client sites.
