Central, Israel - Salvo member, Hargreaves Ltd of Falkirk in Scotland were recently contacted by Sep Marini, the founder of 'Tony Macaroni' the concept Italian restaurant chain to supply reclaimed timber panelling. The timber was to be used for the walls of their new restaurants in Glasgow city centre and Dunfermline in Edinburgh.

Sep Marini did not want a run of the mill v-groove channel pine lining. With the help of Hargreaves Reclaimed Flooring's, Mark Hargreaves, they came up with an imaginative and innovative product using forty five year old junckers beech flooring, to make a unique wall panelling with plenty of character.

Mark said "We have over 12,000 m2 of junckers in stock, however, there is only 2,300 m2 of this panelling available, because the pattern side used for the panelling only appears on junckers flooring made over 40 years ago. Junckers new method of manufacture, means the reverse side is completely different."
