Twyfords Norwood close coupled toilet
Hi I am looking for a rare close coupled WC made by Twyfords shown in the photos in any colour with matching basins, bidets and accessories to restore and resell since this design is now no longer made.
The name of this close coupled toilet suite is Norwood and often has the black Twyfords logo on the corner of the cistern lid and on the blanking plug/dai on the front of the cistern, however not all of them have the blanking plug/dai on the front of the cistern, however most do with Twyfords enscripted onto it.
Please note, I am not after a Twyfords Nocturne WC suite which has a plastic accelerator joint bolted to the back of the pan and to the cistern, however the Nocturne which has that plastic joint and the Classic low level suite with flush pipe to the back of the toilet do use the exact same toilet cistern.
The Norwood does not have this, please see the pan shown without the cistern as there is a Twyfords emblem logo here as well as on the back of the cistern, showing pride in their craftsmanship from way back in the 1980s and the 1990s.
Production of the Norwood suite originally dates back to the 1960s when the name of this suite was originally called Unitas but then later renamed to Norwood by 1981/82 and production carried on with this suite till around 1994/95 before this was redesigned and renamed to Galerie.
This toilet was also available in two tone colours like black and brown aka Sandalwood which was the more appropriate name given for that colour, however these shown are in White and Sage Green.
I will accept any colour as long as there are no chips and cracks.
