You are viewing this impressive reclaimed batch of huge York stone flag stones / grave markers that we have in our yard.

We have approximately 80 of these, which we saved from an old church, and were in danger of being crushed. They are magnificent pieces of stone, with very finely carved inscriptions on them, which deserve to be repurposed.

Although these are not everyone's cup of tea these are without doubt the best pieces of carved and worked York Stone we have ever had into stock. Bar a couple of nibbles these are fantastic condition for worked stone that was carved over 150 years ago. They also have the benefit of they could be laid with the inscription face down as the rear of the flags have a really nice finish.

They could be used and repurposed as flooring flags, steps, copings, bench or table tops and much much more.

These flags measure over 6ft x 3ft, and have thicknesses which range from 3½ - 5½ inches. Please enquire for exact sizes.

The listed price is for one flag collected from our yard. We can also arrange delivery via pallet courier or on our own transport.

These flags, and other items can be viewed at our 3 acre reclamation yard based in Shropshire during normal working hours.
