1. Downstairs - We only need 1 and the dimensions are 36" wide, 47" high inclusive of fantail measuring 18".
2. Upstairs - We need 3 of these. These are shorter in height and dimensions are 36" wide and 39" high inclusive of fantail which again measures 18".
3. Not bothered how they open or of condition as we are looking to have them completely refurbished and fitted into a frame to allow whole window to open.

 WANTED : CASEMENT FASTENERS (AND WINDOW-STAYS) WANTED I am looking for two of EXACTLY the same type of casement-fasteners (i.e. window-latches) shown in photo, in good condition. I hope they must be quite common.
Reason is that I had some expensive draught-proofing done on the window concerned, which was fitted around the fasteners, and then one of the fasteners broke! I can't find anything modern that is similar which will fit, and without it I will have to have the draught-proofing done again.
I guess some fasteners that are very similar rather than exactly the same will do, if the business-end is the same; the handle is less important. The point is they have to fit in the window frame where the others did.
If I could get some appropriate window-stays to go with them (existing one is shown in photo 3) that would be good too. Location : UK > London North

WANTED : GLASS SKYLIGHT I am looking for a replacement wooden framed attic skylight circa 1902 size 87*97 cm
The skylight was original and was in a terraced house built 1902, the skylight frame contained a central wooden frame with a single pane of etched glass with an outer border of 4 rectangular (red) and 4 square corner (blue) coloured glass sections.
Do you have a similar replacement or can you advise the cost of finding such a sky light - I want a match from the same period and similar (it doesn't have to be identical colours) appearance
