I currently have a large amount of very old oak flooring that I removed from 1st and 2nd floor of my property, these boards were installed when metal was too expensive and were fixed using oak pegs. Hello,
I'm hoping you might be able to help me.
I have recently bought a 1950's Span house. It's front porch needs restoring, and the original porch window glass (see attached picture - there is a penny in the centre for scale) is mostly missing.
Do you have any idea what this glass is called / where I might be able to get it?

I need 5000 2 7/8" or 73mm high handmade facing brick, 600 plinth stretchers, and 600 cant bricks for my next project. I have enclosed a photograph to show the colour required which can best be described as buff/pale orange/pale pink multi, but predomintanly buff.
The bricks are solid handmade and date from the 1850's to 70's from the Alderminster brickyard near Stratford upon Avon.
I am not looking for recycled demolition rubble or seconds which would have been used in factories or industrial buildings, but decent square edged and regular bricks with light creasing to their faces, which would have been removed and cleaned by hand. The special are important!  WANTED : RECLAIMED OAK FLOOR BOARDS
WANTED:
Reclaimed French hand sawn oak boards, early 19th century or earlier, in original condition (ie not messed about with!)
Tongue and grove, thickness 2.5cm, widths from 12cm-19cm approx
Quantity wanted: 10m square
The boards wanted are to match boards already laid, which are shown in the attached images.
Boards shown in images when purchased had the aged mat gray look which old oak boards acquire when not much walked on, and probably came from an old barn rather than domestic use. The boards wanted now should be in this same condition.
Boards as shown in images as laid have had the tongue & groove cut off, and have been cleaned with a revolving plastic brush which removed the mat gray and revealed the original clean, uneven patina below. They have been polished with a clear, water-based polish which doesn't darken wood when applied.I want to buy boards in their original condition and do this work myself

Hi, I'm looking for several items as follows:
An exterior door, circa 1930's, preferably with oval glass pane and three lower panels. The required dimensions are: 900mm x 2100mm x 45mm (or 35.5" x 79.25" x 1.75").
Three cast iron exterior air vents, standard brick size(?) - the existing ones are very badly damaged.
Lastly, four cast iron washing poles - not sure if these are ever available?
