 WANTED : OVERSIZE WIRE CUT BRICKS I am trying to source approx 100 of what I believe to be imperial oversized wire cut bricks to match those shown in the photographs. The bricks date circa 1930 and the dimensions are as follows;
Length: 9 1/8" (231mm)
Width: 4 3/8" (110mm)
Height: 3" (78mm)
The photographs give a good representation of the average colour. This type of brick is fairly common in the local area, Beverley, East Yorkshire.

WANTED : VICTORIAN/MINTON ENCAUSTIC TILES We are looking for Victorian encaustic tiles to furnish our bathroom (approx. 2x2m in proportions at minimum) using two or more colours, preferably more. We are particularly interested in Minton tiles or something in that vein but are also open to considering other tiles that may be relevant to 19th and early 20th Century architecture.
Our house refurbishment ends January-February 2011 but ideally we would prefer to find something as soon as possible so we can fit the rest of the bathroom.
