WANTED : CANTILEVERED STONE STAIRCASE
Architect from US is looking for a salvaged antique cantilevered stone staircase for a new residence. Preferably Regency, with moulded treads, balusters and handrail. Desired specifications are 14 foot and 3 inches (4.3m) total rise, to fit in a Stair Hall 11 foot and 4 inches by 21 foot and 4 inches (3.4m x 6.5m), but all stone cantilevered staircases considered. Also interested in new bespoke work if unable to locate suitable stair.
