Each column comprising six separate fitted
pieces, standing oa a square base topped by
a compresseddisc, the threee-quarter
flat back shafts worked in a spriral decoration
altering foliate and ribbon motifs, topped
by a capital carved with twin registers of
curved leaf-forms.
