FOR SALE : RECLAIMED, ANTIQUE TERRA COTTA TILES FROM NORMANY We are selling approximately 700 square feet of this gorgeous tile, remaining from a home design project. We are asking 14.25 per square foot.
Each piece is square in shape and measures approximately 8" x 8" x 1" (due to antique nature, each piece may vary slightly) In addition, each and every tile was hand washed by professional tile placers. This tile was also imported and shipped to the US.

The tile was hand made making each unique in its color, size and texture. Colors are mixed of wheat, blondes, blanc rose and red.

 FOR SALE : WHITE OAK TIMBER FRAME GRIST MILL
This early, well-preserved structure stands along the Conowingo Creek near the Mason-Dixon Line. It was erected in 1867 to replace a smaller mill dating back to 1767. In its long existence the building has had many uses, such as; flour mill, grist mill, saw mill, and finally a cider mill.
The magnificent 3-story structure was constructed entirely from white oak timbers. The chamfered edges and the mortise-and-tenon work are evidence of the master craftsmenship of that period. The mill rests upon a locally-cut stone foundation measuring 43'x32'.
The mill is available for purchase as is or it can be disassembled, numbered, and shipped to your location. We can also provide a crew to reconstruct it on your site. The possible uses after reconstruction are endless...restaurant, commercial/office space, private home, etc. If you are interested in the challenge of relocating and restoring this fine piece of history, please contact us to discuss the details.

 FOR SALE : ANTIQUE STONE BUILDING
Built circa 1760,local mountain stone, 24' x 60', end wall was frame and plaster which collapsed and was removed. There was a very large stone fireplace which was on the main floor. This was undermined by spring water flowing through the basement, and it collapsed internally, taking floors down with it. All of that stone, and most of the brick chimney are still there in the basement area. The metal roof is more recent; not original. The old windows are mostly intact, but weathered. Some glass is missing. Any buyer must tear down and remove any materials from the house. Anything that is not wanted by the buyer may be left in the hole where the basement is now. The walls are 18" thick, solid stone, including the basement walls. All stone is valuable building material. We will consider any offer of $5,000.00 or more. If we get multiple offers, we will negotiate with all interested parties, and will sell to the highest offer. I would like the building removed before winter sets in, but that is not imperative. The building is close to a two lane blacktop road, 2 miles off Interstate 78 in Berks county, PA
