FOR SALE : VICTORIAN CUT STRING AND BRACKETED STAIRCASE AND SPANDREL PANEL
Victorian Cut String and Bracketed straight flight pine staircase and spandrel wall panel.
Dated 1870, original staircase, handrail,5" bottom newel and spandrel panel. Spindles and top newel have been added in a renovation at some point. A stud wall has been fitted to the stairs at some point, taken back out and the nosings and return nosings patched in. Top newel needs a longer base splicing onto it. Dimensions are 2565mm overall rise (floor to floor), 2467mm overall go (length), 1000mm wide overall with a pitch of about 43 degrees. Spandrel panel is 2100mm tall x 2265mm long.

salvaged from an old farmhouse in rural valencia is a very ornate turning staircase in hardwood and solid steel, It has a 90 degree turn to the left as it rised to 3 metres floor to floor.
