The 12 steps have a rise of 8⅝" each
All of the nuts and bolts are included
The distance from the center of the pole to the outside of the step is 21"
This gives an overall maximum diameter of 42"
The height can be increased by building a small step at the base to put the spiral onto or reduced by removing steps or cutting down the bottom step.
The spiral will be delivered in its component parts

 FOR SALE : A TUDOR OAK STAIRCASE C. 1560-1580 A large and impressive solid oak staircase with turned balusters, moulded handrails and substantial carved newel posts.
Reputedly from the house of Sir Alfred Lord Tennyson's sister in Kent. Removed following a fire in the early 20th century. One of the newel posts has some fire damage to two sides. Lacking ground floor newel post top. Lacking treads and risers, replacement period material can be supplied.
This has not been re-fitted since removal and is an exceptionally rare piece.

 FOR SALE : BALUSTER, SPINDLE Victorian staircase components,balusters,spindles,bannister,handrail,balustrade some treads,string even a riser or two.
In barn No2 I have some Georgian balusters and I may still have some earlier oak or elm ones.
Also I have original architraving, door linings, mouldings,elm oak and pine joists. if you are patching up a Period building or if you are restoring furniture this is invalauable.(A few hundred feet were collected yesterday and tomorrow it is being shipped to restore furniture in America)
I am emptying these barns due to relocation once it is gone it will never be replaced.
