 FOR SALE : LAUNDRY SINK Hi, for sale is a very large old Laundry Sink that we have had to remove in order to fit a new kitchen. It's measurements are 46" wide x 22.5" deep and 14.5" high. The sinks comes with its 4 original taps, 2 plugs and a set of legs on a frame. Part of the frame is missing but I think that it's not a big job to have another one made. The sink has suffered from some scratches and some small chips but with a little TLC this sink would make a great addition to your kitchen.This is a lovely looking sink that makes most people say 'wow' when they see it.  FOR SALE : BESPOKE KITCHEN CORNER UNIT, GRANITE WORKTOP AND MAPLE CHOPPING BOARD A bespoke made kitchen corner unit. This is being removed from our kitchen, if you want just the granite or wooden chopping please email as I am willing to sell as individual components.
This is an MDF Shaker style kitchen corner unit, handmade bespoke. Painted Jasmine White but will need repainting and some tidying up as there are chips to paintwork, the unit is about 5 1/2 years old.
The doors are shaker style with chrome prominent hinges (not fitted behind doors) and beaded to exterior
It comprises a corner base unit of 1/2 width door and pull, single door and pull, 1 x internal corner shelf, 2 end unit exterior half moon shelves, kick board, handmade circular maple chopping board (with cut marks), black granite corner shape worksurface with matching back lip, painted tongue and groove panneling to side.
2 x metal twisted door pulls
The granite has been cut around the round chopping board so the board can be easily removed for cleaning.
To summise with dimensions
Black granite worktop & matching back lip - perfect condition, no chips, cracks or cut marks - 124 cm long 1" high, 6cm high back lip. Total length to edge of chopping board from wall 126cm
Maple circular bespoke chopping board - cut marks, but good order considering use and age (no dark stains) - 63cm dia, 9 1/2 cm high
1/2 width door with handle 27cm wide 57cm high
Full width door with handle 51cm wide 57cm high
Internal corner shaped MDF shelf
Tongue and groove pannelling
It's going to removed and will require reassembling so it will be in pieces.

The Rolls-Royce and Holy Grail of post-war kitchens, English Rose units are built from industrial-strength aluminium, trimmed with stainless steel. Part of the appeal of English Rose is the quality and 'integrity' of its design and construction and the way it bolts together like grown-up Meccano. They also seem to last a lifetime - or two. When reconditioned, vintage "ER" kitchens look fantastic. Today's kitchens are big on 1950s retro style and English Rose is the real thing.
The first English Rose kitchen was made in Warwickshire in 1948 by CSA Industries, an engineering firm that originally made nose cones for Spitfires. After the war ended, CSA used stock-piles of aircraft-grade aluminium by diversifying into up-market kitchens. The original cost of a fully loaded kitchen when new would have bought a house at the time - they are the finest quality kitchens ever made. The profile of English Rose kitchens is rising rapidly thanks to screen appearances on BBC2's The Reclaimers and the 2004 Mike Leigh film Vera Drake.
This English Rose kitchen comes from a victorian manor house in Harrogate, UK and includes:
Three wall units (with side shelves) 215cm x 60cm x 31cm
Three base units 185cm x 89cm x 55cm
A two base sink unit (with added corner unit) 180cm x 100cm x 55cm
The kitchen is ripe for restoration with a little work needed (see photos). The sink unit is missing one door and has a slightly bent frame from its home removal.
