A very nice and substantial Octagonal shaped Cider Press Stone. This stone has a channel carved around the complete edge of the stone for the cider juice to run out through.

A nice stone trough with charecter and substantial. From Matlock in Derbyshire the walls of the this trough are several inches thick in parts.
The trough is uneven in shape being taller at one end to the other which adds to its character. Very good condition.
Dimensions are 32 inches long 22 inches wide 12 inches deep at one end and 17 inches deep at the other. there is a drainage hole.
