The top does not rotate - this needs 'freeing' up with some oil
The weather vane measures 58" tall x 37" wide
The one arm requires welding back on - it is held in place with a tie wrap at the moment

 FOR SALE : CAST IRON BOLLARDS You are buying 1 Cast Iron Bollard
The cast iron bollards were reclaimed from Morecambe promenade. There is no damage or repairs, and they were made in the Widnes foundry. Each Bollard measures 40 1/2" tall which equates to 36 3/4" being out of the ground. The width of the base is 8" and the holes have a diameter of 1 3/4". You could use scaffold poles, rope or chain to go between the bollards.
