 FOR SALE : SMALL ANTIQUE CARVED OAK MONK'S BENCH. Superb carved oak monk's bench.
Excellent quality heavily carved oak hall bench. The back with intricately carved floral motifs. Lovely shaped arms carved into stylised lions. The back folds down to create a flat surface/ table. The hinged seat encloses storage space and has further matching carved panels with motifs to the front and frame. Standing on bun feet. The piece dates to the late Victorian or early 20thc.
Lovely grain and colour. Please excuse my photo's as they do the piece no justice.
Condition report: Excellent, solid and ready for use. A few use marks to the top.
Measurements: Width 780mm, Depth 410mm, Height 910mm.

 FOR SALE : TALL VICTORIAN CARVED MAHOGANY CORNER CUPBOARD.
Elegant Victorian corner cabinet on stand.
The astragal glazed top with carved detail encloses three shaped shelves. The stand with ornate carved details and cabriole legs joined by low shelf with carved gallery. Solid mahogany throughout which is ebonised in the aesthetic style typical of the period.
Condition report: Excellent and original throughout. Odd scuff and lock missing but retains escutcheon and door holds fine. A very solid example.
Measurements: Width 560mm, Depth 560mm, Height 1965mm.
