Ref 00554 : Ancre marine. Dimensions : hauteur 230cm x largeur 130cm. Poids +/- 2 tonnes, inscription TRITON N°28. Matériaux anciens de récuperation.

Ship's anchor - yes, really huge at 7ft 6 inches high x 4ft 3 inches wide and 2 tonnes in weight (unconfirmed). Thought to be from D-Day ship of some description. Inscription N°28 ... TRITON ... more info when known. Stored at Normandy dépot.
