Enhanced listing FOR SALE : 25 BRITISH RED PHONE BOXES We have Fully restored british red k6 telephone kiosk's.
Red phone boxes are typical of what makes the british isles unique. These along with a few other items are a great part of our long standing british heritage.
Each telephone box has the following work carried out before it is dispatched.
1) all the glass along with any silicon / putty is fully removed.
2) the wooden / cast iron door is removed for any repairs and re-glazing.
3) the telephone signs are removed and replaced with new high quality perspex signs.
4) all internal fittings are removed, and the back board is re-sprayed and then refitted.
5) each telephone box is fully sand blasted, primed and sprayed in a gpo red finish.
6) the roof interior is sprayed white.
7) the external crowns are hand painted in gold highlights.
8) each box is then fitted with new refurbished cast iron frames to hold the new glass panes.
Full restoration is carried out in our own workshops in canterbury by our highly skilled craftsmen.
Marine plywood bases can also be fitted for an extra £85.00
Yale lock can be fitted to door for an extra £150.00.

Two open shelves above cupboard with large single shelf enclosed by panelled, lockable, doors - all in solid oak.
Oak has matured to a rich, warm, honey-brown patina. Solid, tight, construction, worm free, showing only expected signs of careful usage. Some minor damage to bead-moulding over approx. 1.5 inches at middle edge of right door.
In all, a stylish piece, of superior quality, whose compact dimensions and utilitarian design lend it to a broad range of usage.

Size: Random Lengths From 0.5m to 2.5m, Width 2&1/2", Depth 3/4"
T&G: Uncleaned and t&g to all 4 sides, some t&g will be damaged due to the reclaimed nature. Was previously secret nailed through the t&g, nails have been ground out.
Fitting: Can be glued or screwed to a concrete floor or nailed in to timber floor. (Images showing the flooring glued to a concrete sub floor)
Once fitted, this floor requires a good sanding and then the finish applying. The finish shown in the images is a spirit based lacquer which is much harder wearing than the polyurethane water based which is widely used.
Surface Condition: Reclaimed in-sanded condition, with the original layer of varnish present. The varnish is lightly coated and requires very little sanding to remove.
