DISMANTLING & DEMOLITION : 1920'S BRONZE ARCADE STYLE SHOP FRONT
A double fronted shop arcade in current use situated in Wolverhampton City Centre. Constructed from best quality bronze sections - made and installed by Edmonds Bros (Birmingham) in the 1920's. For quality and design it could stand within the Burlington Arcade in London. The central customer entrance is between two big box display windows with glazed access doors. This widens to a central circulation area with display windows on either side each having two full width glazed doors. This in turn gives onto two more large display windows (accessed from the rear) which are angled towards double wood framed doors which have 20s etched glass panels. The perimeter of the combined units is approx 65ft.
