Ground floor is constructed of breeze block and measures 30ft 2" front to back and 25ft 3" wide. The garage doors are on a manual sliding track and measure 15ft 2" wide and 7ft 1" high. The roof of the building is covered with approximately 5000 hand made Keymer Tiles
This building is being sold to be removed from the site and includes everything that would be considered "the fabric of the building" including bathroom and kitchen fittings, radiators and all plumbing and electrics. Ideally the building will need to removed from the site by the 28th April. As there is currently demolition and building work on the site there will be no foreseeable problem with the use of heavy plant. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange dismantling and removal at their own cost after payment has been made.
A similar building is being demolished on the same site and there may be scope to obtain additional, matching, windows and doors should the buyer wish to convert this into a chalet-style house by replacing the garage doors. There may also be available matching external cladding and roof tiles to make alterations or replace any damaged during dismantling.
