We are demolishing our beautiful Victorian century home located near Barrie,Ontario - As a result we are selling this spectacular solid oak circular stair case.

Selling it complete as seen with oak railing, two newell posts, oak panelliing and trim. At this time also includes solid oak door which leads to closet under the stair way in its current configuration. This door is being sold seperately and only included while available.

Floor to top step measures approx. 123"
17 stairs - was installed in home with 10' ceiling so would suit same.

This home was originally the home of the first Reeve of Coldwater in 1908


Must be removed and transported by purchaser.

9-1/2" deep steps x 36" wide + 2 inch finished stringer along wall
