Demxx Deconstruction Inc. is a demolition and salvage company on Vancouver Island , B.C. The company specializes in hand demolition and the recycling and reuse of building materials. Demxx also purchases a wide range of salvage items from other demolition contractors and an equally wide range of new building materials from bankruptcies, auctions and manufacturer's over runs.
At our 10 acre sales yard we have over 21,000 square feet of covered storage for new and used windows, doors, moldings, lumber, timbers, plumbing, stairs, rails, electrical parts and fixtures, and flooring. We have material for builders large and small. We also serve
hobbyists and commercial customers with steel, stainless steel, electrical motors and components, tanks, glass, pipe, clawfoot bathtubs and legs, and hundreds of other items.
Our yard is a great place to explore for all sorts of building materials, architectural and antique building components, or just a good idea for your project.
Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed Sunday and Statutory Holidays
