 FOR SALE : LIMESTONE FIREPLACE LINTOL Originating from a 16th century demolished house this unique fireplace lintol comes from the Lot region of Southwest France.
There are two small pieces of jamb stone, enough to give a template to recreate other stones. This lintol would have been sitting just about flush with the lime plastered walls of the house, giving no mantleshelf.
