Excellent reclaimed genuine item
The overall measurements are 67" (170cm) tall and 39½" (100cm) wide at the base
There are no cracks - just a few nibbles around the rim of the bell
The overall weight is 562Kg
The original clapper was is still fitted
The bell is signed Mears and Stainbank Founders London 1867
The bell was reclaimed from a private estate in Yorkshire.
The wooden hanging bracket is 45" (115cm) wide.

A set of art nouveau cast iron ballusters from the Manchester Hospital for Skin Disorders (Quay Street) demolished several years ago.
There are 7 decorative staight topped pieces and 8( poss 9) straight topped plain pieces.
7.25/18.5 wide by 35/89 high -( including the screw in top bar used to attach the handrail) and the base tenons( was installed in a concrete staircase)which are approx 3cm by approx 1/26mm deep.

There are 13 angle topped decorative pieces and 9 angled topped plain pieces.

No handrail or newel post.
